Homewood Suites by Hilton Cleveland/Sheffield

I like the front desk staff. We have stayed here twice since October. They are fast at check in/out and are not nosey or snooty. I like being able to come and go day and night without issues. We get up and leave by 4 am for competitions. I like that there is no "drama" involved. They accommodate any changes that we need to make and do so with a smile on their face. Sounds silly, but I like that they have many luggage carts as I am disabled.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast was great! We were surprised at how large the room was. We are always nervous with how the hotel will turn out and we were very pleasantly surprised. Would highly recommend.

The location and breakfast was better than some but could be improved. I loved the suite setup.

The location was good. The suite was laid out nicely with a lot of room.

The location being so close to our family, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
