I like the front desk staff. We have stayed here twice since October. They are fast at check in/out and are not nosey or snooty. I like being able to come and go day and night without issues. We get up and leave by 4 am for competitions. I like that there is no "drama" involved. They accommodate any changes that we need to make and do so with a smile on their face. Sounds silly, but I like that they have many luggage carts as I am disabled.

'Old school' customer service- polite, pleasant and efficient. Check-in took less than 4 minutes which I LOVED. I was treated well at check-in/out ( I have a physical disability). I pulled up, grabed a luggage cart and went up to my room. They accomodated my phycical needs as well as extended check in/out time without batting an eyelash.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast was great! We were surprised at how large the room was. We are always nervous with how the hotel will turn out and we were very pleasantly surprised. Would highly recommend.
